These conditions define the rules for using the site as well as the conditions for booking and selling the services offered (courses, workshops, language stays, etc.).
Any use of the site or any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

 

3. Services and products

The information presented on the site is for informational purposes only.
FLO Langues Azur reserves the right to modify the content of the offers (dates, prices, packages, programs) at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a clear error in pricing or content, FLO Langues Azur reserves the right to correct or cancel the order.

 

4. Reservations and payments

Reservations can be made online via a form or a secure payment system.
Payment confirms the reservation and implies acceptance of these conditions.
Online payments are processed by a secure provider (FLO Langues Azur does not store bank details).

 

5. Cancellations and delays

• Cancellation by the customer :

  • More than 48 hours before the class: rescheduling possible free of charge.

  • Less than 48 hours before the class: the class fee is due in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

  • Repeated cancellations: beyond 3 late cancellations, FLO Langues Azur reserves the right to terminate the collaboration.

• Cancellation by FLO Langues Azur:

  • In the event of an exceptional cancellation, the course will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

• Delays :

  • If the student is late, the lost time will not be made up, and the lesson will end at the scheduled time.

  • In the event of a delay by FLO Langues Azur, the time will be fully made up or deducted from the invoice.
